 Extended Warranty Coverage includes:

• Option to purchase coverage in five
  (5)- or ten (10)-year increments* to cover parts only or parts and labor for the duration of the agreement. The option to purchase coverage on equipment which has been installed for less than 5 years is also available (some restrictions apply).
  
  
• Fully transferable to the new owner if property is sold.
  
  
• Built-in product replacement advantage

Please note that routine maintenance is required as recommended in the owner's manual to ensure proper performance of the equipment. Repairs that are required due to lack of routine maintenance are not covered by the Trane Extended Warranty Agreement. Florida Air Coolers can provide routine maintenance.
